Trenching for utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas
and cable, if available) is included up to 20 feet (in normal soil
conditions) from stub out at street to where utilities enter house.
Trenching into easements and roadways is not included. Septic tank not
included in pricing. Base price does not include lot, site
preparation. Base price is based on a level or flat lot and normal
digging, with utilities at property line. Price does not include
development impact fees, sewer permit and water meter, fire sprinkler
system or other special assessments. Landscaping and patio walls not
included. Price includes Arizona state sales tax only, sales taxes
imposed by other municipalities/towns as applicable are an extra. Lot
must be located in geographic Tucson area. Out of area homes to be bid
on a case-by-case basis only. Builder reserves the right to substitute
